Shot in 2014 over a 6 month period – the feature film staring ‘The Rock’ took over Village Roadshow Studios. Over 1300 crew were involved in this shoot with 7 of 8 sound studios used by the production along with the main water tank.

Mutlicom ensured seamless communications between departments over the entire Village Studio premises – with the sound stages alone making up a massive area of over fifteen thousand square meters.

Onsite tests were performed to ensure radio capability- we also supplied a number of radios free of charge for the client to perform there own site tests prior to confirming order with us.

Multicom was available 24/7.

We would provide assistance weekly and our roles included: technical advise to end users, delivering additional equipment to location shoots or production office, onsite testing for new locations or trouble shooting black-spots, replacing and/or servicing any damaged/faulty stock.

Multiple sets were created onsite with many complicated water scenes. Multicom provided wet bag to ensure safe use of equipment and to limit any water damage to stock – as this can prove costly for clients.
